SPCC WCMD #3 - WaltzingMouse Stocking

Hey, look at that...I'm back! I know there was a bit of a hiatus on my part for the last week. The job searching finally started to take over on my time and I needed to do that instead of scrap or make cards. Two interviews later and I'm hoping there's good news coming, but for now I'm playing the waiting game.

As it's Friday, I thought I would have a little fun and come back to my craft table. Helped by the fact that I received my Waltzingmouse Stamp set - Sewing Box Christmas in the mail yesterday and really wanted to do some stamping! Claire at Waltzingmouse is really amazing and I was sold on this set after seeing her sneak peek (and inspiration for this particular card) of this set. It just came out a little over a week ago! I love the little stitching around all the stamp images!

I used the SPCC World Card Making Day Color Combo #3 for this card of Kraft, Soft Suede, and Really Red. For this card my Soft Suede and Really Red are done in felt. A tricky little fabric to work with I will admit but it does seem like a cozy little stocking, doesn't it? The sentiment comes with the set. I just put three of the words together. I love how versatile these stamps are and you can bet that more cards this holiday season will be made with them!

Thanks for stopping by!
